Climate & Energy

We are actively reducing our energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions across our operations. As part of our Net Zero roadmap, we have initiated the development of solar power projects across all ParagonCare warehouses. Our Environmental Policy sets out quantitative targets for energy use and GHG reduction, ensuring we track progress and remain accountable.

Product Stewardship & Recycling

We take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the products we distribute. Through our Infrastructure Program, we facilitate the collection and recycling of used products acting as an intermediary between our customers and manufacturers or specialist recycling facilities. We make participation easy through designated collection points, pickup services, and clearly communicated processes. All hazardous substances are labelled in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and relevant regional schemes.

Sustainable Procurement  & Supply Chain

Our approach to sustainable procurement is guided by our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy, adopted in 2022. This policy ensures we meet our obligations across supply chain management, waste management and diversion, energy and water consumption, climate change, and carbon emissions. We work with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to ethical, responsible, and environmentally sound practices.
