Shareholders are encouraged to provide an email address to receive notices electronically as they become available online, including meeting documents and annual reports.

Your options are:

Make a standing election to receive documents in physical or electronic form.
Make a one-off request for a specific document in physical or electronic form.
Opt out of receiving a hard copy of the Annual & Sustainability Report (it will remain accessible on the Paragon Care website and the ASX platform).
